  Premium prices, but apparently not enough authority for staff to handle a simple membership change. My shared membership partner moved away. I asked if I could replace him with someone else. The club told me to use the AI in the app. The AI told me to speak to the club. I asked the club again, and they told me to use the AI. Craig and Sarah were polite, but the company has created a system where nobody can actually help. I cancelled both memberships. Not because my partner moved away, but because a five-minute request became impossible.

  Had a really great, pain-free introduction to the gym with Fraser. I was feeling a bit awkward about the whole thing but he was great at putting me at ease and giving a tour of the lovely facilities. It really is a gorgeous club, and an amazing spa too! Definitely recommend.

  Absolutely love coming to David Lloyd West End Glasgow! The whole team are always so welcoming and friendly, creating a fantastic atmosphere from the moment you walk in. A special shout-out to Craig, who is incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough to support me. The facilities are high-end, beautifully maintained, and the site has a real luxury feel. I would highly recommend David Lloyd West End Glasgow to anyone looking for a top-class gym experience!

  Myself and my daughter came along for a tour and we had the pleasure of Lewis welcoming us. He was very nice and informative and we had no hesitations about joining.

  My son has been going to the Creche for a while now and always has a brilliant time. I have always felt confident leaving him with all the lovely staff members who work in the Creche room. Having the Creche on site makes going to the gym more accessible and convenient for us.
