  The smoothest and most professional experience at the opticians. The examination and test was detailed and thorough. They were very informative and empathetic throughout the whole process. Huda then helped discuss frame and lens options and had tailored the consultation to our needs. The frame and lens we got was so perfect we returned to purchase an extra spare one. Thank you for your kindness and help.

  The best opticians I have yet come across. Ellen has the ability to present all the technical information you need, together with her second to none customer service experience. Her friendly demeanor is a joy to behold! It was a great decision to visit this store and I truly enjoyed my time there. The fact that I came just for a look and ended up spending £700 is testament to the welcoming and intuitive climate that the staff create. I can 100% recommend you pay them a visit if you are in the market for some quality spectacles.

  Cannot think how an Opticians could be better! Starting with the most comprehensive eye exam I’ve had, from a friendly experienced professional whose focus is on your overall eye health and not simply processing you to achieve some numbers for a prescription. Already recommended to family members who have been getting eye tests for years and have had potential long term issues flagged that no one mentioned before. You’re then surrounded by an almost daunting selection of designer Frames, but Huda and Iona are on hand to offer helpful and genuine styling and fitting advice, meaning you end up with totally bespoke, custom made final product. For something you wear everyday you deserve the best and this team has to be top tier! Would recommend to anyone!

  I had a first class experience recently having my eyes tested and picking new glasses! The eye test was my routine eye test -I need to have eyesight checked every two years now as I wear glasses every day for general sight and reading!I felt extremely confident in the optician who checked my sight and eye health and gave me my prescription test take away with me ! I then decided to opt for vari-focal lenses which transitioned to sunglasses in sunshine also! I was helped by the lovely assistant Huda who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me letting me try lots of options and advising me on lens colours with several different frames! I eventually decided on beautiful Chanel frames which are stunning and have turned out exactly as she said they would! They even got them made up for me on time for my holiday which was a fabulous surprise!!!!! I couldn’t be happier! Thankyou so much to both of you for your expertise and care!
