  The smoothest and most professional experience at the opticians. The examination and test was detailed and thorough. They were very informative and empathetic throughout the whole process. Huda then helped discuss frame and lens options and had tailored the consultation to our needs. The frame and lens we got was so perfect we returned to purchase an extra spare one. Thank you for your kindness and help.

  The best opticians I have yet come across. Ellen has the ability to present all the technical information you need, together with her second to none customer service experience. Her friendly demeanor is a joy to behold! It was a great decision to visit this store and I truly enjoyed my time there. The fact that I came just for a look and ended up spending £700 is testament to the welcoming and intuitive climate that the staff create. I can 100% recommend you pay them a visit if you are in the market for some quality spectacles.

  Cannot think how an Opticians could be better! Starting with the most comprehensive eye exam I’ve had, from a friendly experienced professional whose focus is on your overall eye health and not simply processing you to achieve some numbers for a prescription. Already recommended to family members who have been getting eye tests for years and have had potential long term issues flagged that no one mentioned before. You’re then surrounded by an almost daunting selection of designer Frames, but Huda and Iona are on hand to offer helpful and genuine styling and fitting advice, meaning you end up with totally bespoke, custom made final product. For something you wear everyday you deserve the best and this team has to be top tier! Would recommend to anyone!

  Met and dealt with Huda Wasim. She has been very helpful to date. I was given my eye test by the optician and chose Oakley glasses based on a variety of factors. Pricing was not obvious at the outset, but was made clear to me well before I chose to enter into a purchase. Huda was excellent from start to finish, being helpful and proving to be knowledgeable on the glasses I chose. Having just collected my new glasses I do expect to have further good news to write about another time. They seem a little blurry in one eye but my prescription has changed over the years so may need adjusting. Hopefully nothing more. Am confident that if anything is required that it will be resolved based on interactions so far. Very pleased!

  First eye test, didn't feel like I needed one either. Was seen to in good time and made to feel welcome and comfortable. Professional service, calm and not rushed. Time was taken to answer any questions, especially about any of the tests that are run. Would visit again in a heartbeat and would recommend.
