- PHPeter HansonJan 22, 20254.0Very professional service and staff are professional too. 👌
- SHSam HutchinsonOct 16, 20241.0I’m utterly disappointed by my experience at Vision Express Opticians in Mold, Flintshire today. After going to the trouble of arranging an early school drop-off, finding parking, and making my way across town in the rain for a 9am appointment, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism. Instead, I encountered the most appalling lack of customer service, knowledge, and courtesy I have ever experienced in my life. For anyone considering using Vision Express, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. They clearly don't value their customers' time or satisfaction.
- KDkenneth daviesOct 25, 20221.0First of all the staff were friendly enough but seemed to lack experience there was no attention to detail when taking measurements resulting in the glasses having to be returned after me already waiting three weeks .two weeks later the glasses arrived after being remade. As i had perched two pairs the second pair had to go back to be remade. when they came back the reacterlight coating had not been applied resulting in them having to go back again. After two more weeks i eventually received my glasses that i had paid £535 for .as you can understand i was disappointed with your service
