Jamie was absolutely amazing, I needed new glasses as I lost mine the day before my holiday, she went absolutely above and beyond to get them made and fitted the same day. What an absolutely lovely lady, glad I went to Specsavers!

After being a Customer of the Optician at Boots the Chemist for many years a bad experience made me move to Specsavers. As a cancer sufferer I take lots of medication and I had a reaction to a new medicine that made the pupil in one eye expand hugely while the other eye stayed normal. I couldn't go outside without wearing dark glasses. I spoke to my Doctor who advised me to seek and urgent appointment with my Optician to examine the eye and, in particular, the pressure in the eye. We hurried into our Specsavers branch, explained what was going on and asked to speak with an Optician. We were told that we couldn't see anyone and would have to make an appointment with the earliest opportunity to speak with an Optician would be tomorrow lunchtime. Let's hope I'm not blind in one eye tomorrow.

Great service from a friendly and very professional team. From the greeting as you enter, to the tests being carried out. Assistance choosing new frames. Very impressed.

After using another high street opticians amd being somewhat crestfallen by the lack of personal touch, i opted to try Boots and frankly they have not disappointed. Helpful friendly and whats more they actually make you feel like the value your vision. Dealt with Steph yesterday and i actually praised her and her previous colleague on their customer service. Seldom do i leave reviews anywhere but these troops defo earned my praise and multiple ⭐️’s
