Then, why not relax at the bar with a delicious protein smoothie or coffee whilst discussing the great workout you’ve just had ! Or, bring your laptop and mix business with pleasure in the chill area. Being the largest gym in Fareham there's plenty of room and space to have a great workout; we also have a large private carpark.
