- CTcheryl townsleyMay 16, 20265.0I am rating my recent trip to Vision express as a 5 Star, only because the previous staff members were no longer there, I have had a bad experience just recently which lasted 3 months to resolve, I was going back to have my glasses checked, weekly as my occupational lens glasses I bought were not correct no one at the store were helpful I felt like I was being a pain, I knew my glasses were not correct for me, I was told by the manager I could not have my lenses changed it was the last time, the other 2 older ladies were always rude and tutted a lot of the time, I have had lots of bad experiences in this store for a while, so I contacted customer services who were most helpful, so I returned to the store to find 2 lovely younger ladies, who advised me my glasses were to big for my face, and were an incorrect fit, they helped me to find a suitable pair, they were so kind and helpful to me, I was able to exchange my glasses, this had caused m a great deal of stress, but was resolved by the new staff and new manager.
