Eye test was quick and efficient. Recommended I got varifocal lenses for the first time. Fitting was done quickly and with an explanation of how to use my new glasses. This was also followed up by a hints and tips email on how to properly use them.

Very disappointed this time at the lack of helpful information and communication about available offers, that resulted in me spending a lot of money on glasses that probably weren’t needed. Also not happy about being told I’d have to pay £70 to reuse the frames I bought two years ago from Vision Express.
