  The appointment was on time. The staff are professional and friendly. Rob was very helpful, explaining all the options. All the equipment used is very up-to date and you feel confident your eyes are being well looked after

  Maybe 🤔 it was Sunday??? wen I entered the shop to try to purchase a pair of bifocal glasses at 11.30am and no other customers were in the shop at the time, I stood their watching 3 ladies being extremely busy on their computers and on gentleman sitting on a desc at the back of the room also very busy with his phone. After nearly two and a half minutes standing there and nobody acknowledging me or even looked up from their computers I made some noises but only the gentleman at the desk at the back of the store looked shortly up from his phone but nothing happened 😳😳🤫🤢 so sadly I left and went down the road where somebody greeted me at the door and handed me over to a colleague who was very pleased to sell me a pair of nice glasses 👓 for £ 365. I had the impression that one lady after the next on in Visionexpress was hoping someone else would go and stand up to deal with me. Maybe Visionexpress should do the same as we do in the inter national Hotel industry to implement a mystery shoppers” to find out what’s actually going on their business. 🤫🤢😟

  Wow! What an experience Truly fantastic! Totally fabulous!! And I have to say that this was all down to Tia at store 557 ( Eastbourne East-Sussex) today. I cannot recommend vision express and this store particularly enough to anyone! Tia was exceptional in everything! Also, I would like to point out that every time I have visited Vision Express that every member of staff have been truly wonderful, helpful, understanding and showed amazing patience. Thank you Tia once again for all your help and advice. You are an absolute credit to vision Express they are very lucky to have you. In fact all the staff at store 557 are indeed fantablous!

  I don't usually leave reviews, but the staff at the Eastbourne branch are absolutely amazing. They have all been very patient with helping me choose and numerous adjustments (only due to me being super fussy). Thank you Eleanor, Tia and Rob.

  Disgusting service. When we got there the man just stared at us looking really miserable. He didn't say hello or anything. When we got to choosing glasses. The woman was even worse. She was so unfriendly. She gave us no eye contact, she hardly explained anything when we going through the different plans. She just took are money and buggered off 😡 How she got that job I don't know. She had NO customer service skills at all. It's like she didn't want to be there, and that we were doing her favour
