  If I could give them ten stars, I would! Every time I go in there, they are friendly, funny, and what makes the service top-notch is that they remember me and my story every time. It’s a personalised service you just don’t get anywhere else. Stuart & Emma are honestly so great and a real credit to the business. Thank you for helping me get marathon ready!

  I had an eyesight check following cataract operation just over a year ago. It was found that I do have an issue which is quite common following cataract surgery and will need lazer treatment from Spa Medica to correct it. The staff were, as always, very friendly and supportive having sent a report to the hospital and now I just wait to be called in for adjustment. Many thanks.

  Unfortunately I had a bad experience here today. The staff was so unfriendly and rude when I explained I had a severe eye infection recently and I couldn't wear my contact lenses. The eye doctor was great and professional during my cobsultation, but the support staff should learn a lesson in customer service.

  I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Also have seen Alex for a number of years for my sight test, and he is very approachable, friendly and very professional.

  I had an eye test booked with Emma and Alex. They explained the process, answered all my questions and gave me some great advice and information - especially about eye health. The whole process went smoothly. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Thank you for making this experience a great one!
