- ESEgle SarkanMay 5, 20261.0I would not give any stars to this pharmacy. I had very bad experience on 3of May 2026. The two ladies working there were unprofessional, rude, and very unhelpful. Their behavior lacked basic morals and ethics. I am surprised they are still employed at this place—they should be dismissed as soon as possible.
- SGsam grewalJan 19, 20261.0This is apparently a pharmacy first location. Attended 17/1/26. Young pharmacist obviously not capable of making decisions tried every thing possible to not help. Referred by doctor because that's what the Government want now. But this young out off university condescending man wanted us to contact our doctors on a Saturday morning so he could speak with them. Tesco if you can only get prescription dispatchers then stop claiming extra funds from tax payers to operate pharmacy first. Very poor quality staff.

Had to walk away as she was being so rude

They never answer the phone and it takes them over THREE WEEKS to get my medication in stock. I have never had this issue with any other pharmacy. They are rude whenever you do actually manage to speak to them and always say they’ll call you when the medication is in stock and they never do. Absolute shambles of a ‘pharmacy.’ Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere
