  Selling medicines with expiry in one months time The staff behind the counter gives the impression being smart when they gave me my 2 months supply of tablets in end of April due to expire in July 2026.

  Worst pharmacy ever, takes to long to wait, the women in their take too long to get your prescription which is already ready to pick up, sat in line for 30 mins just to get 2 eye drops and I’m utterly annoyed why the service is so bad.. Tesco fix your staff at this rate high street pharmacy’s are better and quicker at service than these counter ones

  Very poor customer service. The male employee who served me (I did not see his name badge) was rude and looked at me in a very disrespectful way. His attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and completely ruined my mood for the rest of the day. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this pharmacy.

  I came into this pharmacy to get Otomize on Friday 20th and the young lady with the black glasses was very rude to me for no reason. She told they didn't have it. Ithen asked her will they be getting in stock anytime soon as I went to two different ones on that day and they didn't have it. She looked at me and repeated herself and said we don't have it. When me and my husband walked down to Holland and barnett we saw her looking at us. Somehow I believe they had it in stock. Because she just went to the back open the drawer and came back in less than 3 minutes. This is my local store and this service was unacceptable.
