  My daughter came in yesterday as she had a badly swollen eye which had got worse over the last 2 days. The staff certainly weren't friendly and told my daughter to wait and she'll speak to the pharmacist. We waited for at least 45 mins for pharmacist to come out and say they dont deal with eyes and to either call 111 but she said they're really busy so we probably wouldnt get an appoint or to go to A&E. She said she needs to see a dr if its an infection. We filled an online form in for Dr's and text was sent back saying that pharmacist deal with eyes and to go and see them. So basically pharmacist couldnt be bothered to examine and prescribe anything. Certainly wont be going back there

  Firstly the two ladies who helped me where amazing; couldn’t have been nicer I didn’t get there names, however the 2 older ladies couldn’t have been more rude, why Isit always the older woman? I’m pregnant very unwell and they was so rude to me I left in tears. They didn’t release my prescription as they didn’t have it and instead of being nice and helping they said no you need to start the process again: however I’m not stupid I know it can be released . I finally got through to them as I went to a different pharmacy to get my prescription I burst into tears in there about how rude they was . Tesco still hadn’t released the prescription so I had to keep ringing and started driving back they eventually answered and the lovely young lady answered and sorted it and apologised. It’s not hard to be kind guys you’ve been in this earth long enough

  Best pharmacy and much more useful than GP practice. The ladies are lovely, very caring and helpful. Myself and my children got checked for tonsillitis and ear infection, prescribed the right medicine that made us better in just couple days. I am very grateful there are such an amazing pharmacists and people that moan about waiting time should give their head a little wobble and understand how much pressure they're under while trying to give people the right treatment.

  Waited over half an hour in the queue with the flu just to get some nightnurse. Literally 3 people in front of me, they took 10 minutes between each customer even though there were 3 of them in there. Didn't even acknowledge the people waiting existed. They need to realise that a lot of us weren't wanting a prescription, just something off the counter. There should be 2 queues or should ask people what they're waiting for.
