  Music is way too loud. They need to lower the volume so we can listen to our own music while working out. Otherwise very good gym

  Some improvements from the old centre but with 35% increase in membership cost, more was expected. Water fountains throughout the centre (although beware of the gym one where filter cannot be accessed for replacement), new spin bikes with power training, techno gym perfect for my level, but that's about it! Management is over crowding the studios with a 38 people, capacity that is way too much for a relaxing class, specially for yoga! You have to be very organised to book a space for popular classes. The showers downstairs are rarely at the right temperature and pressure.

  Well done you!!! Ridiculous booking system and availability. It’s a really nice place, but it’s obviously not worth paying for the membership. I’ve given my feedback a thousand times and they never get back to me. How is it possible that the pool is only open from 6am to 9am, and then again after 9pm? What on earth happens to the pool between 9am and 9pm? Or am I too late to book it at that time?

  Way too many members. They have way too many members and not the size to support it. You will be on a waiting list for things even 2 weeks out. Reception is not much help as they’re held hostage by the app too. You will not get any classes and the main weights room will be packed at 90%+ capacity at busy times.
