  This pharmacy reminds me of the old joke: A man takes his shoes into a cobbler in 1940, he gets called up and returns after the war to the cobbler , he gives him his ticket and the cobbler says 'they'll be ready thursday'

  Seeing as it’s so hard to get an appointment for the doctors, I thought I’d go to the pharmacy. Wish I hadn’t bothered. I had a very bad eye infection in both eyes. I asked the lady at the counter if I could speak to the pharmacy but he must have said no. She came back so I told her I had eye pain along with sore eyes. She went and spoke to him. She came back with normal eye drops. I told her I needed something stronger. So she went and spoke to him Again and came back with eye drops with antibiotics in I think. When I got home, I read the instructions and it said not to use if I have any pain in my eyes. I ended up the hospital. They should not have recommended what they did. Not professional. He should have come over and spoke to me himself.

  I had an unfortunate medical incident recently, and my prescription was not in stock. One of the pharmacists named Faraz or Faras, ordered me an Uber to get me to hospital. One of the kindest human beings I have met in my life, a very rare thing for someone to actually care about a stranger. All staff were lovely and tried their best to help me. There are some good people around.

  Went into pharmacy today to collect my prescription which was sent over on 30th July. Woman at the front desk wasn’t helpful at all. She told me it’s going to take 20minutes for her to process my prescription even though it was sent to pharmacy over 2 days ago. Went back and waited in a queue so the whole thing took over 45 minutes of my time today and only for her to come back and then tell me she doesn’t have one of my medications. I explained that this is the one I’ve been waiting all that time for and that she should have told me before I waited all that time if any of the medications was missing and she turned around and said “well I thought it was the metformin that was important.” No apology no nothing. Absolutely disgusting service and it’s a shame because the other people who work at this pharmacy are such wonderful people.

  What’s going on? I used to boast how easy it was to go on the NHS app order my repeat prescription get a text and collect it while I got my shopping. I quite sure the store is under a new manager due to the changes in the store but perhaps it’s time for them to kick the pharmacy up the bum and get the standards back!! You need MORE STAFF WITH EMPATHY PLEASE!!!
