- LLLeonoraAug 17, 20265.0I had a really good visit to Waltham Abbey Leisure Centre. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and everything felt organised and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxed without being too busy. A great place to spend some time exercising and staying active—I’d definitely visit again.
- LDLee DewingAug 9, 20262.0I used the main pool lane swimming this morning (which I’d give 4.5 stars) My problem is the the miserable staff member that served me, firstly she was wiping down surfaces and didn’t rush to serve me, also the week before I’d asked questions about using the pool as I’m not a member, same person then told me there was a holiday timetable which was over there with a flick of the wrist, when I couldn’t see it and asked again she raised her voice to me. So that is why I’m leaving this review and finally when using tap and pay my receipt was screwed up and thrown away, without asking if I wanted it which I did. I plan on using the pool once a week as the pool was very good, I would have given 5 stars if the changing room included those mini spin dryers for my swimming shorts and also the cubicle showers included soap dispensers. Shame about staff member on desk. I will leave further reviews if this staff member doesn’t up their game
