  Useless! I don’t know if this pharmacy has changed hands recently as it used to be fine, it’s not now. They have changed their system. If you don’t get a text to tell you the prescription is ready, don’t bother going. People in the queue were complaining about receiving the wrong meds and prescriptions not being ready after days. Apparently, their suppliers couldn’t get blood pressure tablets and didn’t know when they would! Or did they mean, we can’t get the cheapest ones so not getting any! Good luck if you continue to use their service. I won’t be.

  This pharmacy is useless I was told by my medical centre that when my prescription was ready for collection I would receive a text this is the third time this year that my surgery has sent a request for a prescription and I have not received a text. I didn’t want to to give it a star but without doing so I could not send this review.

  Very little helps Over worked staff, under paid team. Nation wide fiasco with regards to fuel pump situation,, 06/07/2026,,, at 1800 hours only 1 single pump declaring fuel,,,ques longer than Isreali marches,, No advise for this broken company,,

  This must be the worst pharmacy in the UK. The staff is rude. They always make me feel that they are doing me a big favour by dispensing my regular, repeat prescription. The repeat prescription is never already bagged, even though they know I will be coming for it. No, they are either too busy eating or talking on their phones. And they never have everything in stock, even though they are able to predict the same demand coming. Bad management. The repeat prescription must be re requested every 2 months. This is ridiculous. Such a shame. I will find some time and arrange to change my chosen pharmacy, as I have had enough from them.
