  Went in last week to collect meds 10mins before closing and they told me my meds hadn’t come in even though I told them I’d received a text saying they were in days before,the Asian young lady told me 3 times they weren’t in and that she had a important appointment to go to, finally due to my persistent they found them very poor service

  I would like to make a complaint about the service I received at Tesco Goodmayes. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. They appeared to serve their own colleagues before other customers who were waiting, which I felt was unfair. When I asked for assistance, both the staff member and the assistant manager were rude and unhelpful. This made my shopping experience very unpleasant. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and ensure that all customers are treated fairly and with respect in the future. Date 15-07-2026

  Selling medicines with expiry in one months time The staff behind the counter gives the impression being smart when they gave me my 2 months supply of tablets in end of April due to expire in July 2026.

  Worst pharmacy ever, takes to long to wait, the women in their take too long to get your prescription which is already ready to pick up, sat in line for 30 mins just to get 2 eye drops and I’m utterly annoyed why the service is so bad.. Tesco fix your staff at this rate high street pharmacy’s are better and quicker at service than these counter ones

  Very poor customer service. The male employee who served me (I did not see his name badge) was rude and looked at me in a very disrespectful way. His attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and completely ruined my mood for the rest of the day. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this pharmacy.
