From the very beginning, the booking process was smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent — we received quick responses and clear, helpful explanations to all our questions. The staff were incredibly friendly, supportive, and well-organized, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The facility itself is spotless and very well maintained, which gave us great peace of mind. Everything was set up perfectly, allowing us to relax and actually enjoy the celebration. Most importantly, the children had an absolutely amazing time — it truly was one of the best parties we’ve had. Seeing their smiles and excitement made it all worthwhile. Thank you once again for such a fantastic experience. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a birthday party!

The staff were helpful and supportive with the booking process advising on best value for money. The parking was easy, changing rooms were clean and spacious and pool side staff were kind and efficient. The lifeguards were really great supporting one of our guests who needed minor first aid. Everyone had a great time and we would really recommend the leisure centres fun swim to others.
