  The worst customer service I've ever received. The way I was treated at this store today was so bad that I think other people need to know what to expect if anything ever goes wrong with something they've bought here. I bought a pair of Ray-Ban Meta glasses here in September. About four weeks later, the right arm cracked at the hinge, by the button, as I took them off my head. That's a weak spot other owners have reported online. I brought them back and was friendly and polite. A staff member, Adam, told me "it will be an insurance thing" and said he'd need to ask his manager. He then rang me to say the manager had decided it was accidental damage and there was nothing they could do. She hadn't even spoken to me. So I went back in. The manager, Sarah, told me they'd "been trodden on". In other words, she called me a liar to my face. Sarah was angry and aggressive, wouldn't listen, and refused to give me her full name when I said I wanted to complain. I've never had such bad customer service. I asked for it to be escalated. The regional manager, Paul, told Sarah to tell me to go to Ray-Ban myself. I bought the glasses from Vision Express, not Ray-Ban. Under UK consumer law, the shop that sells you a faulty product is responsible for putting it right. Being sent elsewhere isn't good enough. I've been a Vision Express customer for many years. I get my contact lenses from them and bought two pairs of glasses here in September alone. I left stressed and upset, with broken glasses and Ray-Ban's warranty details. If you ever have a problem here, my experience says don't expect to be listened to or treated with respect. I'd recommend going elsewhere. Terrible staff. Terrible attitude. Dismal customer service.
