  Theres a specific lady who works here that is always very rude every time I have been served by her. She needs retraining or should not work in a customer faced role if she cannot be kind sympathetic or even give a smile. Today I was refused a purchase even though I have been buying this product for a matter of time and questioned like I was asking for something illegal. I have never been questioned from another worker at this pharmacy so why do you think this is appropriate. No apologies given.

  Honestly should not even be a one star. They are the worst pharmacy in maldon and I will no longer be using them as they give horrible advice, the staff are incredibly rude. Don't use them for medication, their text service is the only thing beneficial, I will not be using them in the future.

  Terrible. Hadn’t processed my prescription 3 days in, then they hadn’t got my actual meds. Next I asked what I should do now without meds, she asked me if I needed them and then she shrugged. I insisted, she double checked and gave me a different medicine, which she said was double strength so to only take one. Incorrect. Having checked with my doctor I’d need 2. Do NOT trust this pharmacy. I’ve seen a constant turnover of staff, that might be part of the problem but I’ve lost trust in them

  Incredibly helpful, far more so than most High Street pharmacies. This Tesco pharmacist went out of her way to try to help us fill a prescription. Great service.
