- FOF OuvdOct 12, 20265.0I've been a client for several years, and today 12th of October of 2026,I was served by Mark, who made the process very easy. In less than 15 minutes, he helped me choose my glasses, explained the values, and sorted everything according to my expectations. Thank you very much, Mark, for keeping everything straightforward and simple for me, just as I expected.
- KEKenneth EatonOct 6, 20264.0As usual, great treatment from your optometrist staff. But I was left waiting for my final stage of examination because it appears that the staff forgot about me! I had an appointment at 2 45 but didn't leave until 4.00pm.
- IAIrene Paula ApolinarSep 24, 20265.0I had a great experience with my eye and contact lens test. Rania was very friendly, gentle and professional throughout. She explained everything clearly and took the time to go through her recommendations with me, which I was very happy with. The only area I feel could be improved is the availability of the contact lenses. It would be great if they could be available sooner, as this would make the overall process more efficient and convenient. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you, Rania and team!
