- SJSarah JonesOct 5, 20265.0Lisa at new membership sales was extremely friendly and helpful when she gave me a tour of the club. Follow up emails were great too and she answered any queries that I had.
- MEMr EnigmaOct 4, 20261.0It is annoying to read all the positive reviews driven by the sales team. This gives a false picture of actual members experience in the club. David Lloyd’s you can do better and stop pushing new/perspective members to leave 5 star reviews on the spot which is what I experienced.
- MKMartin KavanaghOct 1, 20265.0In my visit and tour I was shown around by Lisa who was super helpful from start to finish including signing up. She had an answer for every question and was fantastic throughout !
- MMMaxSep 27, 20265.0I’ve recently joined David Lloyd Harlow, and from my initial enquiry through to becoming a member, the whole process felt smooth, easy and completely stress-free — all thanks to Lisa. I met Lisa for a tour of the club, where she showed me around all the different areas and explained in great detail everything the club has to offer. After the tour, I knew I had to join! Lisa was always quick to answer any questions I had and never hesitated to contact me directly on my mobile to make sure everything was clear. Thanks to her knowledge, helpfulness and responsiveness, I was able to become a member within just a few days. I also have to mention the lovely front desk staff, who always make you feel welcome when you walk into the club. Toni in particular took the time to have a quick chat with me and answer any questions I had, which really helped me feel comfortable from the beginning. David Lloyd Harlow is a fantastic club, and I’m thrilled to be part of the community. A big thank you to Lisa, Toni and the whole team for making the experience so welcoming!
