- PPPaulMay 28, 20261.0Attended in store at Tesco 28th may. Tracy was on the desk. Told me to wait a minute. She served the woman behind me . She was over 10 minutes late for her appointment , Too late. No alternative given or options provided. Tracy then decided to serve the third in line telling me again to wait a minute. I told her I would go elsewhere, her reply, OK. Appallingly behaviour and rude. She needs retraining. Think I've been a customer of 20 years. All other staff have always been courteous. Disappointed.
- DDDaniFeb 20, 20261.0Absolutely shocking service from BRAD! Never met an employee who is as rude, interruptive, condescending, unhelpful, ill mannered and disrespectful in my life. I have written a formal complaint to head office and awaiting a response. The way in which he treating my mum was quite frankly disgusting. After doing some research into his behaviour it would seem this isn’t a new thing and several people have had issues. He was brought in to cover staff absences but you would have been better off being short staffed! Sitting out the back watching videos on his phone and when asked to help us we were treated like a complete inconvenience! Absolutely shocking. If there was a minus 5 stars even than would be too high of a rating!
