Allowed me to take my time so I was able to make the right decision for what I was seeing without feeling pressured. In the end, I left feeling relaxed knowing that my eyes were thoroughly looked after.

She was over 10 minutes late for her appointment , Too late. No alternative given or options provided. Tracy then decided to serve the third in line telling me again to wait a minute. I told her I would go elsewhere, her reply, OK. Appallingly behaviour and rude. She needs retraining. Think I've been a customer of 20 years. All other staff have always been courteous. Disappointed.
