I appreciate their answer message implied that they have people on maternity leave, but no response is just not acceptable. Although I live in Colchester...I use Ipswich where normally I can be seen fairly quickly and professionally. I give the Ipswich branch a five star rating but overall it wouldn't stop me using Amplifon in future.
