Exceptional service, Nikki was amazing helping me choose a new pair of glasses, guiding me through the lense choices, she made me feel at ease, whilst having my pressures done, i always flinch as the puff of air goes into my eye, and she was very patient, as this is always a very daunting process, for me My optometrist Bhavlene was very thorough, and gave me some great advice, Thankyou ladies for the great service given I will definitely be comming back Highly recommend to all Stress free service Thankyou

I attended Vision Express on Oct 11th for 2 reasons. Firstly for an advanced eye test. The lady who performed the tests was excellent.. friendly, polite and helpful and the analysis of my results was explained clearly. Secondly to discuss hearing/spectacles (Nuance). I was seen by Ellie, who again was very warm, engaging and helpful and spent considerable time demonstrating the potential benefits. Her help enabled me to make the decision to purchase which I did by adding this to my existing purchase plan paying on a monthly basis. Overall very happy with Vision Express. Chelmsford.

I had such a lovely and smooth experience at Vision Express from start to finish. My eye test was carried out so professionally, and the person doing it was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. They made sure my seat was adjusted properly and that I was comfortable throughout, which made the whole experience really pleasant and relaxed. The ladies who helped me choose my glasses were equally lovely. They were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me and help me find the right pair without ever making me feel rushed. The whole experience was seamless, the staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful, and I also found the glasses to be very reasonably priced. At 47, these are my first ever pair of glasses and I’m absolutely delighted with them! 🤓❤️ I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience and would highly recommend Vision Express. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in for an exchange of prescription sunglasses bought from an other vision express. Jon served me, did the job that my local vision express in braintree wasnt interested at all to do!!. They just told me to go else where as they dont do pradas! Funny enough Chelmsford didnt have them either however Jon went out his way, helped me pick a pair of pradas online and then putting the order through. Jon was an absolute star someone that wanted to work and litsen to queries of customers regardless of coning from a differenr vision express store.
