  Sadly today the pharmacy was awful, it wasn’t even very busy but the service was terrible, to collect a prescription it took over 45 minutes, I was told I just need it signed off it will be ten minutes, came back and was ignored, finally after 24 minutes I was re served, my prescription was just sitting there the whole time, not sure who was in charge but not the normal lady who is wonderful.

  I had to collect a prescription from the pharmacy yesterday and felt compelled to pass on some feedback with regards to the young gentleman that served me, Matthew I believe. He was courteous and efficient and had a bright smile on his face the whole time. He clearly has a passion for the job and is reflected in the service he provides. Give this guy a pat on the back!

  I would like to say a massive thank you to Helen today who did the first dose of my COVID vaccine! I was really nervous & she was so patient and put me at ease. It was something I had been putting off for a while but I can honestly say that her technique was painless and her overall care and patience really didn’t go unnoticed :) She didn’t rush me at all and understood that I had a phobia of needles & she answered all the questions I had! Thank you so much.

  looked on this site to see when you WERE open which was 10 am as it is a Sunday. I wanted to use the pharmacy when i got to the pharmacy you where waiting for the pharmacy man to arrive and that boots were open down the road when i got to boots they were shut so came all the way back had to wait to be served again...maybe i would be good to put on the website that there could be a small delay at the time of opening as he comes from london?
