  I went to Vision Express to have my sunglasses adjusted, and I was greeted by Savannah. I just wanted to say she is absolutely amazing! Such a lovely person with outstanding customer service. She was so friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which made the whole experience a pleasure. She adjusted my sunglasses perfectly and went above and beyond to help. A real credit to Vision Express. Thank you, Savannah!

  ​I visited Vision Express Brentwood on Sunday, June 21st, with my mother for her eye test and new glasses, and I cannot recommend them enough! From the moment we walked in, the entire experience was completely smooth, stress-free, and incredibly welcoming. ​A special, massive thank you goes out to the wonderful lady who looked after us. She helped my mother with her eyesight check and selecting her glasses, guiding us through the entire process with so much patience. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything so clearly and thoroughly. It is so rare to find that level of genuine care and expertise! Beyond her brilliant skills, she was incredibly warm and friendly, making my mother feel completely at ease. ​I am so incredibly sorry that I forgot to ask for her name before we left, but her fantastic service definitely made a lasting impression on both of us. (Hopefully, management can check the rota for June 21st and pass this well-deserved praise along to her!) ​The entire staff team at Brentwood is a credit to Vision Express. If you are looking for top-tier customer care and real optical expertise, this is the place to go. We will definitely be returning!

  I went with a view to possibly going back to wearing contact lens but after my sight test was advised that they would not be right for me due to my prescription and astigmatism. Was helped to find new glasses Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vision Express Brentwood.

  I am shocked and extremely disappointed with the quality of the work carried out on my glasses at the Brentwood Vision Express store 26A High St, Brentwood CM14 4AB Today,12/05.2025 I collected my frames after waiting two weeks for the lenses to be replaced. When I got home and inspected them properly, I was speechless. The lenses have not been fitted correctly. They are uneven, not securely fitted, and do not match the shape of the frames. There are visible gaps in every corner, as shown in the attached photos. One lens also appears to be thicker than the other. I paid £125.00 for this service, and the result is completely unacceptable.
