- LSLawrence SimonMay 31, 20262.0I’m really disappointed with Virgin active clearview. I’ve been a member since 2013. The gym is often dirty. I’ve seen thick dust in the changing rooms. Showers absolutely stink most of the time, men’s sauna also stinks. When asking about my membership at reception the member of staff straight away said “if your an existing member , I won’t be able to help you with your membership, before she had even looked me up on the system. Really disappointed. Went straight to David Lloyd . Their reception was friendly and the gym was immaculate.
- TCT CMay 10, 20262.0Padel courts are great but always booked out on the app. The swimming pool water looked murky, the staff/lifeguards were all in one group chatting very loudly, were unhelpful and had an overall unwelcoming vibe. The jacuzzi and steam room need a good clean. I was at this Virgin for over two hours and I didn’t see a single cleaner, whilst at Canary Wharf I see the same cleaners coming in and out constantly cleaning, taking towels etc. I won’t be visiting again to be honest, the other members were giving odd looks/also unwelcoming.

As someone who works 9-5 and wants to fit fitness around this, is really disappointing that all the morning yoga classes are cancelled. It's an expensive gym membership so I'll be cancelling and finding a better gym.
- DJD JRMar 18, 20261.0Was a member but left after a few years. They just wont invest in the pool, sauna, steam, changing rooms, spin and yoga /body pump room. New things appear like reformer and padel but wont re-do the older stuff. The instructors are great but sometimes left chasing up repairs. Too many classes at 09:30 so there is not enough parking due to this. Bad management!!
