I was already with a different branch of the company, they were able to access my prescription, and informed me I was entitled to 50% off as I am on the contact lens scheme, which I had forgotten. I only needed cheap glasses as I wear my lenses most of the time and the cost was significantly less than I had expected. Have not collected glasses yet but so far a very positive experience.
