  On arrival at Vision Express I was met by a member of the staff and explained that I was very early for my appointment I as the young lady if they were going to check my eyes as it was a bank holiday The young lady was very polite and bubbly had a lovely smile said as you are here we will see you straight away and after she went through her bit of the test she took me into see the option he was also very polite and when he tested my eyes he explained everything to me I was so pleased with how staff treated me I would recommend them to my friends Once again thank you for a great service

  I had my first eye test that I wasn’t happy with. I was told my sight had worsened, I disputed this because I’d had no indication it had. I requested a re-test, the lady was lovely and told me the sight in my left eye had actually improved.

  Pitsea branch (Tesco). Excellent service. Friendly, funny and not pushy in any way. Had a great experience with Kelly and got the glasses that suit me best.
