If you can avoid - do. They are rude, dismissive and miserable. They only had half of my medicine in stock; didn’t communicate that to me, and when I questioned it tried to take my emergency medicine from 111 away. They are ridiculously slow and think it’s okay to shut completely for an hour on a Saturday. They didn’t even bother to put how much to take or how often on the medication. Absolutely shocking, horrible people

This pharmacy reminds me of the old joke: A man takes his shoes into a cobbler in 1940, he gets called up and returns after the war to the cobbler , he gives him his ticket and the cobbler says 'they'll be ready thursday'

Terrible service! I went to get some probiotics as I couldn't find any in Tesco to be told to go to Holland & Barrett, which was closed anyway. You are not there for prescriptions only, in case you forgot. It's called a Pharmacy for a reason. Very rude staff, unhelpful and careless. They can't be bothered. And this is not a one time experience. It's always been like this but I've had enough. Someone should take some measures!
