  I’ve been going to this gym for a month and all I can say is amazing things. In the platinum membership you get 3 free personal training sessions and I have to say the PTs here are fantastic. Johanna Copol is incredible in pushing you beyond your limits and maximising your potential. If you need someone to support you in your fitness journey, she’s absolutely superb. She has made me feel muscles I didn’t even know existed on my body!

  I am quite disappointed with my experience so far. I signed up to this club last week and have only visited twice. Given the membership cost, I expected a higher standard of security and customer service. Unfortunately, on my second visit, my trainers were stolen from the changing room. I reported the incident to reception, but aside from an apology, there seemed to be little interest in investigating or advising on any next steps. The response felt very dismissive. While speaking to other members, one person also mentioned that her phone had recently been stolen, which did little to reassure me. It’s very unfortunate that my first week as a member has been shaped by an experience like this. I hope the club takes member security more seriously and reviews how incidents such as these are handled.

  I had a great experience at the gym thanks to Kyran. He was incredibly helpful when explaining the different membership options and made the whole sign-up process simple and stress-free. His knowledge of the gym’s facilities, services, and fitness advice was impressive, and he took the time to answer all my questions. Friendly, professional, and approachable, he provided excellent customer service and made me feel confident in my choice to join

  Had a tour of David Lloyd Basildon with Walid and he was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and made me feel very welcome. He showed me around the club, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience enjoyable. A real credit to the team—thanks, Walid!

  Kyran was absolutely fantastic when it came to knowing what me and my family wanted, he was able to guide me when I wasn’t sure what was going to be suitable for myself and my family. 100% would recommend kyron very trustworthy and not pushy at all!
