    Staff generally helpfully but prescription do take a long time 10days from ordering at doctors

    Never have prescriptions ready on time. When asked how I could I have them ready on time was told to go somewhere else!

    I was struggling to get a repeat prescription and honestly the pharmacist who served me was quite rude to me. I understand the pressures of the job but I was repeatedly told to call 111 to get an emergency prescription even though I didn’t feel comfortable calling 111 since I was not in an emergency and I had my prescription approved by my GP - which they could see. I just wish they had explained the situation to me better instead of just rolling their eyes at me repeatedly.
