- GMGill Mullen6 days ago5.0I had excellent service at Vision Express in Poole. My optometrist was a lady called Sharon who did a very thorough check, particularly as I had had a recent cataract op. The gentleman who greeted me at the start was very helpful and polite. I'm sorry but I can't remember his name. I'm looking forward to getting my single vision glasses which will be a temporary solution for reading and writing vision, until I have my next cataract done.

Had to take the wife in with me, picked a pair, apart from looking at salespeople nose 3 times, that was it, paid expect in 10 days, about same as previous pair, no increase in technology there.

The whole procedure was very fluid, I was advised about the health of my eyes , given my prescription and suggested I had dry eye, warm compress and eye drops would eliminate it. Very please with the knowledge and professionalism of staff.
