- GHGary Hibbs4 days ago5.0Staff are excellent in what they do, informing me as to what they were going to do. Even had the pressure on my eyes test again are my examination due to it being out of range the first time, it was within range on the second test. Top service.
- AGAlison Green5 days ago1.0Having been a Vision Express customer for several years, I was upset to find how much the service has declined. I wasn't offered the advertised half price second pair and was coerced into setting up a two year direct debit when I wanted to pay up front. The cost was nearly £1000 for two pairs of varifocals. It was impossible to receive a paper invoice and as the customer portal didn't work, I returned the next day and cancelled the order. I've since been to another opticians who told me I don't even need varifocals. Extremely poor service. Only giving a star because you can't post a review otherwise
