  Service vey good prices to high 400 pound for glass 320 with 20% discout sent to spa saver 160 for 2 pair one with tin shop was full only about 5 people in your shop

  Excellent eye test and examination. Unfortunately the purchase of glasses proved much more expensive than I was able to afford. I managed to obtain the ewuivalent elsewhere at half the cost.

  Your website states quite clearly when ordering on line that opticians at vision express will help with measurements this was not the case after getting my glasses prescription the assistant was very pushy when I informed them that I intended to purchase on line that said that was very dodgy but it’s vision express website I then asked re measurements that said they do not do this even after showing your website which says you do?they refused to make any measurements they made me feel very uncomfortable so I left and made my £800.00 perches on line to take up Avios promotion previously had gone to vision express this was first time with vision express and the service I received was poor rude and not helpful at all the only reason I am not giving a 1 rating is because the lady who gave me the eye test was extremely excellent so you ended up with a poor 3 rating

  While regularly visiting our family in Poole, I managed to break the arms of my glasses. I was kindly assisted by a very pleasant optician, who fitted new arms to my glasses, allowing me to drive safely again. While I was waiting, I was also impressed by the professional and attentive way customers were being looked after. Congratulations, and thank you very much 🙏

  I recently had an eye test at Vision Express Poole Dolphin Shopping Centre, and I feel compelled to share my experience. The optician, Sanaz, went above and beyond in every possible way. She was incredibly thorough, patient, and attentive, taking the time to carefully assess my vision and identify an issue that could have easily been missed. What truly stood out was her dedication — even after closing time, she continued working to make sure everything was properly checked and explained. Thanks to her expertise and commitment, I am now in the process of treating a problem I wasn’t even aware of. This level of care and professionalism is rare, and Vision Express should be very proud to have someone like Sanaz on their team. I’m genuinely grateful for her help and would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a truly attentive and knowledgeable optician.
