  Tried to upsell me onto the new, amazing, best contacts. Told me I had to come back to get the trial contacts, they couldn’t get sent to me as they needed to make sure they fit my eye. Went back in again to be given the lenses and go in with optician. She didn’t even look at them to make sure they ‘fit’, made me sign a book about do’s and don’t of wearing contacts (even though I have been wearing them for 20 years). She then gave me the book she made me sign and tried to schedule me to come in again in a week to ‘have a follow up’ and finally get my prescription. Worst customer service ever! Why would you change someone’s contacts and not even look at how they fit?!?!?
