  Brilliant, no great service from arriving, I was seen quickly exposing tge initial eye test under the NHS, I opted for the additional retina scan etc as its good to check well. The I was seen by the optician for the dye test, this was using the old method of glasses and different lens used to obtain my best sight at distance and close, again well explained , even down to using the manual eye test over the automated system. At the end of this I had my test results, that I need to go back to sort new glasses out. Many thanks to all the team. Bob

  I was fully supported right from the eye testing to deleting my new frames and the best payment options. I was also guided of how to register for the blue light which gave me a voucher towards the payment of my new glasses. I was very happy and satisfied with the services I got.

  My glasses broke into two pieces suddenly when I was watching TV last night. It was only used less than a year. I went to the shop today and unfortunately Vision Express offered no post-sales service at all. 1. Although it is a national chain and I saw my record was identified in their system - they told me they are not connected to another branch where I picked up my glasses. 2. I was told that even I picked it up from there, they would still not help me because the staff member believes I broke it by myself. 3. They told me that the costs to repair this frame only, which was expensive as to do a new test, plus new lens and new frame - yes they sold as a bundle discount and would repair it at full price… Based on my experience in this shop, I will never use Vision Express again and will recommend anyone to avoid this. I should have stayed with Specsaver which has been much cheaper and helpful.
