  Visited the new David Lloyd Kettering marketing suite today ahead of the club opening in December 2026. Lucy looked after us and was excellent. She explained everything clearly, from the membership options to what the club will offer, including the gym, pools, spa retreat, racquet facilities and family areas. She was patient, kind and never rushed us, and answered all of our questions. It made the visit really easy and left us feeling confident about joining. The club looks set to be a great addition to Kettering and Hanwood Park, and we can't wait to see it open. Highly recommended, and thank you Lucy!

  I’ve had a fantastic experience joining the early access membership for the new David Lloyd health club, which is due to open in December. From the very beginning, the whole joining process has been so smooth and professional. Nik has been incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly, and he made me feel really excited about becoming a member. It’s great to be able to join early and be part of something new from the start. I’m really looking forward to seeing the club open in December and making the most of all the facilities. A big thank you to Nik for such a positive experience so far — I’m really looking forward to being part of the David Lloyd community! 🙌

  I had such a lovely experience with Chanel at David Lloyd Kettering. Her customer service was amazing, the conversation was so easy and seamless, and she patiently answered my endless questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I’m definitely not someone who signs up for anything on the spot from a phone call! Although I’d already been eyeing up David Lloyd for a while and didn’t need much persuading, Chanel absolutely sealed the deal. I ended up signing up both myself and my partner, with our child to be added too. She was knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely welcoming throughout, and I came away feeling completely informed and really positive about joining. Chanel has definitely set the bar very high, and if this is the standard of customer service we can expect from David Lloyd, I think we’re going to be very happy members! An absolute credit to the team, thank you Chanel! ❤️

  Reached out to Nik at the Kettering site with lots of questions around membership. Specifically around our SEND child and DL's ability to support with his needs. Nik took the time to listen to my questions, then found out the answers., rather than giving a generic answer he was both helpful and professional. We have since signed up and cannot wait for the club to open in December. If all the staff as as friendly then I am sure it will be a good experience for all my family. Thank you Nik!
