  Me and my Husband joined Erin for a tour yesterday evening and couldnt recommend her more! She answered all of our questions and did not pressure us at all. She found out why we wanted to use the club and explained areas that would suit our needs. Thankyou Erin!

  We recently visited David Lloyd Brighton for a tour, and Ed was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, kind, and patient. He took the time to show us all the facilities, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made us feel right at home. Outstanding customer service like Ed's is hard to find—he is a massive asset to the club! Highly recommend asking for him if you're looking to check out the gym.

  We had a great experience today at David Lloyd Clubs thanks to Ed. He showed us around the gym, explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and made us feel really welcome from the start. He took the time to walk us through all the facilities and answer our questions without rushing us at all. A genuinely lovely and professional person—he made the whole visit enjoyable. Thank you, Ed!

  I popped in yesterday, just on the off chance that a member of staff might be available for a quick chat, but I was en route to an appointment so didn’t have long. I was immediately offered a walk in appointment at any time in the afternoon, and boy am I pleased I went back! It was a such a fun and positive experience from start to finish. George was really lovely, the perfect blend of friendly and highly professional. Not only did he explain in detail all of the membership options (which were complicated as I have family members who are also interested) but he also took me through each and every room, explaining the equipment and the classes, paying particular attention to the areas that I had expressed an interest in from the outset. At the moment I’m living in Dorset, but I can’t wait for my imminent move to Brighton and my membership at the club, which I thought was fabulous. Thank you so much George. Good job! 😊

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've had a great experience at David Lloyd. The facilities are always clean and well maintained, with excellent gym equipment, great pool and spa areas, and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. The range of classes and activities means there's something for everyone, whether you're training seriously or just looking to stay active. Overall, it's a fantastic place to work out and relax, and I'd highly recommend it.
