  This free hearing test is for people who have time to waste going back and forth and who want to buy their hearing aids. I arrived a wee bit early for my 9.45am appointment and was taken right away and was back in my van by 9.55am. The audiologist asked a couple of questions and looked inside my ears and told me that I had narrow ears and a wax build up I queered this because I had my ears professionally cleaned and wax removed I watched this process on the computer and since then I’ve used the recommended ears drops every day to prevent build up. I was told the wax could be removed cost £60 I agreed and asked for it to be done I was told ide have to make a further appointment to have the wax removed in 2 to 3 weeks. I am assuming after wax removal ide have to make yet another appointment to have the hearing test which is all I wanted. Im very disappointed and wasted an hour and a half of my time driving there for 5 mins.

  Very professional, explained exactly what was going to happen during the rest and explained the results in a very understandable way.
