I originally joined again to help with my rehabilitation after an injury and Mikey immediately made me feel at ease. He took the time to show me around all the facilities, explain everything clearly, and made me feel really comfortable from day one. The atmosphere is fantastic, the facilities are excellent, and there’s always someone on hand to offer encouragement or help when needed. It’s been a great place to continue my recovery and build my confidence back up. I would highly recommend David Lloyd Newhaven to anyone looking for a supportive and welcoming gym environment
