Learned so much about hearing from this lady. She’s was very knowledgeable, however l haven’t tried other branches other than Nottingham.
- JWJules WAug 16, 20245.0Northampton Absolutely Brilliant Amplifon Branch….. this time felt listened too wasn’t rushed appointment my concerns were dealt with after realising i hadn’t had an upto date hearing test done previously for a long time…this was corrected at Northampton an aids were reset to my new hearing loss an i have been given a new lease of life…..so a heartfelt thank you to reception an audiologist at Northampton you are absolutely fantastic 😊❤️ from julie

My dad who is 74 years old, was adamant that he didn’t need hearing aid and wasn’t keen on trying one either. The consultant was so patient and suggested the most suitable hearing aid and recommended trialing for a week, which so helpful to change my dad’s perception on hearing aid and he felt that he couldn’t be without it! Thank you so much for your patience and advice! The experience was 5 star for sure!
