St Cuthbert's Hospice provide free care and support to people in County Durham with life-limiting illnesses, people approaching the end of life and people that are bereaved.
Each year we care for, laugh with, listen to, comfort and help make special memories for thousands of individuals and families each year. This is only possible thanks to the generous support we receive from the communities we serve.
Everyone who comes to us is an individual and so their care should be individual too. Our multi-professional team work collaboratively to make sure all patients are able to discuss their needs and wishes when spending time with us.
