- NPNichola Poynton5 days ago5.0Excellent staff attention to detail and empathy for my situation xx
- MSmg plumbing servicesOct 21, 20265.0The staff went above and beyond to help me. After injuring my eye at work NHS 111 told me to go to the closest optician which they advised me was Simon Berry, that optician instantly turned me away even though I was clearly in distress and could barely open my right eye, I made my way to vision express after making some calls and was seen within ten minutes, the optician arranged for me to be seen at Darlington hospital within hours and I had some small pieces of broken tile removed from under my eyelid. I can't thank the staff enough at vision express for fitting me in and helping me during what was a stressful moment.

- SKSean KeenanOct 1, 20265.0Fantastic experience from start to finish at Vision Express in Tesco Dragonville, Durham. I had two pairs of glasses reglazed, and the customer service from the initial eye test to ordering lenses was exceptionally good. A huge thank you to Sarah and Peter for their stellar service, and to Ailisha, the young trainee, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional both over the phone and when I collected my glasses. Highly recommend this fantastic team!
