  Placed repeat prescription with my doctor's 3pm Tuesday received text same day at 9pm telling me my prescription was ready I needed five item's went Wednesday 9-30am one item ready told the other four items would be ready teatime Wednesday Went again Thursday 9-30am waited 15 minutes while my prescription was checked off by the pharmacist who then came and told me some of the tablets were not available can I come back on the afternoon I know I'm 75years old and retired but I'm thinking of getting a part time job at Tesco so I can save on petrol money and stop wasting my time

  Usually decent service but appalling service on Sunday 21st January 2024. I had to go to an alternate chemist on a really bad day weather wise. I won't use again for my repeat prescription, they had days to order my eye drops for glaucoma but sent me elsewhere.

  Due to have flu jab here. Arrived to find no pharmacist. No explanation. Could I come back after lunch? No - I rely on public transport, and by the time I got home for lunch, I would not have been able to return that day. Have re-booked appointment elsewhere.
