  Very Happy with this Pharmacy. Staff are helpful and pleasant. I don't have to wait too long for my prescription and do my food shop while they are preparing it.

  Very poor service now, it's gone downhill fast. They're always "busy" whenever you go in and you have to wait 10 minutes in a queue to get to the desk then 40 minutes for the prescription which ideally should be ready if it's been sent well in advance, and then another 10 minutes to collect it again. There never seems to be any urgency with the staff and I appreciate they have to pay close attention to dispensing but they really are unbelievably slow. I was told by one staff member to call in advance if I needed the medication more quickly, which I tried to do on numerous occasions but no-one answers the phone. Needs a complete reorganisation by someone competent.

  It's absolutely appalling that when I order my repeat prescription a week or more in advance, they haven't got it ready for when I collect it.
