- BEBelive In easy2 days ago1.0I cancelled my membership at David Lloyd Dudley after more than three years, and I don’t regret it. Following an injury, I wanted to use a step platform for exercises to help rehabilitate my injured ligament. Staff refused, citing “health and safety”. I was also told I couldn’t join the relevant group session. The way this was handled left me feeling dismissed and treated like an idiot rather than a longstanding member. Our family group consisted of eight members, paying £95 each. For a club marketed as premium, I expected far better treatment and facilities. In my experience, the pool was dirty, and the jacuzzi was frequently out of service. When it was available, I saw queues of around 20 people. Poor treatment, disappointing facilities and poor value for money. I would not recommend this club.
- ZDZack Dunn5 days ago5.0Hannah was professional and polite, from the initial phone call to the gym tour. She showed us the facilities and explained all the packages in detail.
- KDKate DugganOct 13, 20264.0Very clean, nice staff but steam and sauna very small so squished in like sardines, outdoor pool was lively
- KSKijani SullivanOct 11, 20265.0Hannah was great showing me around the facilities at David Lloyd. Would recommend her to anyone; very nice girl
- LCLee ClarkOct 6, 20265.0The club hosted our 20th wedding anniversary party in September - the team were amazing, with helping to organise things and on the night itself. Highly recommend the function rooms for anyone looking to host a party for around 100 people!
