- DEDraco Equiste1 day ago2.0Staff didn’t bother to advise me with the frames I was buying so when they came it had changed the way my prescription looks then went on to be point black irritating not listening to what I was trying to tell them was wrong.
- PWPeter Wunderlich6 days ago1.0I booked online and all went through. I turned up well on time and was told they couldn't find my appointment. I was told they would try and fit me in. I was not happy. I eventually got seen and that went well. No complaints towards the staff who did the examinations. I was then offered glasses and declined. Too expensive. I was then told they found my appointment whilst I was waiting. Why didn't they tell me that sooner so I wasn't sitting there thinking I had done something wrong when booking the appointment. 😡
- DPDawn P6 days ago5.0Great service again at Vision Express, despite running slightly late the tests were done quickly and thoroughly and lots of help choosing my glasses and sunglasses afterwards despite my uncertainty. Very satisfied with the service I got, I’m only sorry I didn’t record the ladies name who served me as she was absolutely brilliant
- WCwayne cartwrightOct 17, 20261.0Absolutely diabolical service Merry hill Dudley Kept me waiting !! Optician made me aware that he was going home and Didn’t have time to investigate floaters I have in my eye 👁️ that’s what I went for ( if any worse go to A/E !!! Had 3 interruptions whilst having my eye examination His colleague who was booking me a follow up appointment was going home too and couldn’t be arsed !!! He needs to go on a customer service course stroppy git / attitude A lady who did deal with me in the end made a follow up appointment and got the assistant manager involved ! Don’t feel like going back Not happy with the place and service I received ! Give this place a miss there are other opticians who would treat you better
- TTTazOct 16, 20265.0Extremely helpful and patient staff that made it a relaxed experience rather then a stressful one. They guide you to help make your choice and not pressure you to make the right choice
