- PDpaul dyde2 days ago4.0Service is great from the staff, but I am disappointed how expensive it is, you choose the frames (not that cheap, if you want comfortable), you sit down a few measurements and the lenses cost is added. My lenses with insurance cost just shy of double the price of the frames!! I would have liked a second pair as a backup- but way too costly, I couldn’t justify it.

I hung up then rang back took her 5 mins to then answer when I explained why my son was 10 mins late to his app..due to he was as unsure where the store was due to learning difficulties.. I was told by previous staff Ur allowed 10 mins grace for appointment as I come here to have my own eyes checked.. she was talking over me .. argued he was 15 mins late not 10 then said it's 5 mins grace .. not very professional..or no compassion ... she then gave him another appointment today which meant he had to hang around for 2 hours.. as she stated she gave his appointment slot to someone else ..
