  A very and professional experience. I felt very relaxed, and although I never got new glasses because I was still under the care of the hospital, I know that that I will be back soon, but they did prescribed some eye drops for a condition that no one else told me about. I will be back to get new glasses soon though. As i was leaving the receptionist, asked to see my glasses and they needed tightening and cleaning. This was such a lovely gesture, even though I hadn't bought them from this company. Thank you for your professionalism.

  So on sunday past I got treated with vision express in foyleside derry amd can I also say I walked in full of truama amd pain. Not knowing what was going on after been up all night thought I was loosing my sight !!!! The staff were. INCREDIBLE!!! Sat me down basically reasured me that it will be taken care of the optician was so caring seen that I was in bad pain she referred me to hospital as soon as within the hour. Turned out i was lucky I got to the eye doctor turned out i had a large ulser and also inflammation! I am extremely grateful to all the staff who were so nice and totally went out of there way to help me. 15/ 10 service. Thanks folks

  I had such a positive experience with the store manager in Foyleside. I originally came in just to buy an accessory and happened to mention an issue with my eye after visiting the pharmacist. She very kindly took the time to have a look and explained that it appeared to be a chalazion rather than a stye, which was incredibly reassuring and helpful. She was thoughtful, professional and genuinely kind. As I was due to go on holiday the following week, I was quite worried it could get worse and spoil the trip, but thanks to her advice and help I was able to manage it and enjoy my holiday without any real issue. Exceptional customer care and someone who clearly goes above and beyond — I’m extremely grateful.

  The staff here were amazing.. They took time to explain everything during the process of having my eyes tested and extremely patient with me when I was choosing my frames. The young lady that looked after me asked what style I liked then showed me everything available. Then made a few suggestions and with her knowledge of face shapes and what suits she changed my mind. I loved the styles she showed me I had to have two pairs.. Would highly recommend vision express in the foyleside..
