I couldn’t recommend this service enough. I can’t recall the female optician that assessed and supported my eye care , but i can’t recommend her attention to detail enough. I normally attend a private optician in town, on this occasion I presented there with an infected eye and feeling quite stressed, eyesight also difficult. I was turned away from receiving support from them. i was left with no option but to call back the next day. vision express were very welcoming & provided appropriate drops. eye test showed i had i couldn’t read the largest letter on the board. quite worrying. The optician from vision express phoned me first thing the next morning to check and i was also booked for a follow up check. without the eye drops provided I know i wouldn’t have coped with the pain in my eye. the optician also recognised that it this prevented an A& E attendance, which is what I would have been forced to do. Thankyou vision express. I continue to feel completely let down my normal, private optician whom I have supported for years. I also want to mention the front of house staff, i don’t have his name, but also do welcoming, thankyou!!! i’ll be back. Lorna

Been going here for two years now. Extremely professional, very knowledgeable and a customer first attitude. The service is quite simply outstanding.
