- JWJulie Wilson6 days ago5.0My own experience with Vision Express this week was exceptional, I was 10 minutes early but I went straight in for eye exam and scan,then straight in to see the optician, who was lovely, explained everything to me, lovely experience all round.
- DRDoug Randle6 days ago5.0We arrived early for our appointment , were greeted and offered a seat. We had the initial assessment and my partner was then taken in for her eye test. While I waited customers came in and were dealt with efficiently, professionally, and with genuine warmth. Two other customers that had obvious problems were treated with the utmost concern, taking the trouble to go to them, assisting to a chair etc. The 'girls' - sorry, I didn't get their names - were excellent, even rushing to open the door as one of the customers was struggling to leave. Ali conducted the eye test and was equally polite and professional, talking through the concerns we had. Being from a business background, good service is hoped for; your Weymouth shop excelled!

Whilst on holiday with my family I experienced a degeneration in my eye health - additional floaters. As someone with an extremely high prescription, I know how serious this can be and that I need to see someone asap. After being refused treatment by the local eye hospital, eye clinic and Specsavers, Ally fitted me into his packed schedule to give me the treatment I needed to get the referral to the hospital. He truly went out of his way to make sure I was ok at a very stressful time. Thank you Vision Express!
