  Woman with the awful attention seeking coloured hair needs to get a grip and some customer service skills. Talks to you like she runs the joint when she’s not even a qualified pharmacist, I asked for some over the counter medicine and she wanted my life history, surprised she didn’t ask my shoe size!! When I answered her (after feeling like I had just sat a exam) she made up some cr*ap about not being able to serve me what I needed because my GP would need to be contacted?! How does that even happen or make sense?! BUT she said she would let me off and sell it to me today just this once??? I told her nope and walked straight out the door, never have an issue anywhere else I have visited, popped down to Asda in Poole and 5 star service! Tesco won’t be having my money. This woman is a sale assistant on a power trip 🤣

  Saw my husband and my children, the male pharmacist was very helpful, listened to my concerns, was open minded and patient. Lovely pharmacy. Shame about the previous bad reviews as we had a quick and professional experience.

  Incredibly rude and condescending staff. The pharmacist was very judgemental, certainly won't be going there again. Terrible customer service skills, bordering on antagonistic. Seems to be quite well known that she's very rude as have heard other people share experiences of this woman.
