  Pharmacist was late and then when I asked to be seen for tonsillitis which I have had on many occasions and can clearly see it's tonsillitis, she did not once come and talk to me, she sent one of the other guys to pass on her messages and then turned me away saying I needed to wait another day. After which I left and went to another pharmacy who actually gave me a physical exam and spoke to me In person and prescribed me with some antibiotics that was very much needed. Such lack of patient care and respect for people who are genuinely ill.

  Incredibly rude and condescending staff. The pharmacist was very judgemental, certainly won't be going there again. Terrible customer service skills, bordering on antagonistic. Seems to be quite well known that she's very rude as have heard other people share experiences of this woman.

  Changed to this pharmacy over 4 years ago , we found all the staff very helpful and polite. They even rang to see how my wife was getting on with her medication after she had a change.
